Rapid Route Installation Training

We recently held a demo day at our headquarters to show the installation of our new innovation, the Rapid Route, to Network Rail and Balfour Beatty.

The Rapid Route System utilises the patented Anchor Post foundation system along with a bespoke top post that can be used, along with versatile bracketry, to support most cable troughing systems on the market today.

This system is quick and easy to install and will deliver cost savings to projects and slash time off your program as there’s no digging required and no drying time needed as there is in traditional concrete foundations.

The patented dome heads in the system allow the flexibility to install the top post plumb if the Anchor Post comes out of line whilst being driven.

This 12m length of double troughing installed with 3 Rapid Route systems took 3 operatives just 18 minutes to install!
